About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in every client’s day. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year + professional experience in threading. An accreditation in waxing is preferable.
* Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
* Are happy offering all of the treatments above as part of your role.
* Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
* Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
