Job Description
Really Bright Media (RBM) is a full-service creative film studio based in Newington Green, London. We collaborate with global brands and influential voices to create bold, thoughtful, and award-winning films that make an impact. We’re a small but ambitious team that cares deeply about craft, creativity, and producing work we’re genuinely proud of.
We produce a vast range of commercial live-action and animated films for brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Spotify, Amazon and more. We love to collaborate with artists to produce music videos, short films and original content.
We are most proud of our company culture and incredible team of people. RBM is a great place to work where you're supported and given opportunities to build your career. We are certified women-led business and have been operating for over 15 years and are excited about the bright future ahead!
We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join us - someone who thrives in a creative environment and is excited to build a long-term career in this space. This is not an entry-level position; we need someone confident enough to lead projects, steady enough to guide clients, and organised enough to keep everything moving seamlessly from brief through to final delivery.
The ideal person brings at least 5 years’ experience within a creative agency, ideally producing for corporate or brand clients. They are confident leading shoots, comfortable taking charge on set, and able to balance creative ambition with practical execution. Strong organisational skills and clear project management systems are essential, along with confident, professional client communication.
Just as importantly, this person is positive and calm under pressure. They enjoy responsibility, take ownership of outcomes, and operate independently. A genuine appreciation for the pace, collaboration, and accountability of agency life is important.
Role Overview:
This role involves owning projects end-to-end: from initial client brief and budgeting through scheduling, shoot management, and final delivery. The Producer acts as the steady centre of each production: confident with clients, clear with internal teams, solutions-focused when challenges arise, and organised even when timelines are tight.
What the Role Involves:
* Producing corporate and branded films, music videos, animations, original content, and more
* Managing budgets, timelines, logistics, casting, and locations
* Leading shoots and coordinating crews
* Acting as the primary client contact throughout production
* Navigating feedback and revisions diplomatically
* Ensuring every detail is accounted for and nothing slips through the cracks
This is an opportunity to take real ownership, contribute creatively, and be part of a driven, supportive team making meaningful work.
We look forward to hearing from you!
