GBR Recruitment are proudly working exclusively with a well established & highly progressive M&E business, recruiting for a professional Plumbing & Heating Engineer, to work across Leicestershire New Build Housing sites.
The M&E client, has a reputation for providing high quality Plumbing & Gas installation services into the New Build Housing industry sector, with them focused on putting their customers at the heart of what they do & they have done since their formation back in the 1970's. They are seeking Plumbing & Gas engineering professionals, that are highly motivated, enthusiastic & possessing excellent professional people skills.
New Build Housing Plumber:
Our clients Plumbing & Gas Engineers are the best in the business & as such successful candidates will be surrounded by a hard-working, knowledgeable & supportive plumbing team. Your main purpose of this job will be to provide 1st & 2nd fix new build properties. This includes the installation of gas appliances.
Key Duties:
* Experience of installing plumbing, gas & heating systems (first and second fix) in new build homes
* Installation of gas appliances in line with Gas Safety Regulations
* Compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments & procedures at all times
* Carry out additional duties within your skill & competence
Attributes they are looking for:
* New Build Plumbing or Domestic or Commercial: 2 years (preferred)
* ACS with CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, or equivalent
* Gas Safe registered
* Driving License (essential)
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent (preferred)
* CSCS qualified (preferred)
