Role: Client Support Administrator

Key Experience & Skills
* Background in financial services or an IFA environment (preferred).
* Strong client administration and customer service skills.
* Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) (preferred).
* Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
* Confident problem solver with the ability to handle non-standard situations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build trusted relationships.
* Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team.
Role Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for clients via phone, email and letter.
* Maintain accurate client records, documentation and investment details within IO.
* Record all client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Support the preparation of client reports, reviews and documentation.
* Liaise with providers to manage transfers, applications and ongoing administration.
* Ensure fees and commissions are accurately set up and maintained.
* Uphold AML/KYC, GDPR and other compliance requirements.
* Provide general office support and occasional cover for reception or other admin roles.
Additional Requirements
* Complete mandatory financial services training.
* Adhere to company policies and data security standards
