We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to provide short-term support within a busy team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexibility on working days and hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for a flexible role, with the potential to develop into a longer-term or permanent position.
The Role
You will be supporting with general administrative duties, with a focus on fleet-related tasks, including:
1. Managing and processing highly important documentation
2. Booking MOT tests, servicing, and repairs for vehicles
3. Liaising with garages and external providers
4. Updating internal systems and fleet apps
5. Filing and maintaining accurate records
6. General day-to-day administrative support
About You
7. Previous administrative experience is essential
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. Confident using computer systems and databases
10. Able to work independently and manage your own workload
11. Fleet administration experience is beneficial but not essential
