We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to head our 2-year-old room. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can inspire both our children and our staff team, ensuring our youngest learners enjoy, explore, and achieve success in a nurturing environment.
The Role
As Room Leader, you will take ownership of the learning environment, overseeing the daily routines and developmental tracking for our 2-year-olds. You will be the point of contact for parents and a mentor to the assistants within your room.

1. Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher (Essential)?
2. Have a deep understanding of the specific developmental needs of 2-year-olds?
3. Possess the leadership skills to guide and inspire a small team?
