Senior Legal Counsel - EV Charging (Real Estate/Property Background)
Location: Remote
Salary: £60k to £90k (bonus/ Strong package + Benefits)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle legal tasks from initial agreements (Heads of Terms) to final completion.
* Draft and review Leases, Sale Agreements, and Transfer Deeds.
* Conduct title due diligence and resolve issues.
* Prepare detailed Reports on Title.
* Manage legal aspects related to substations and Distribution Network Operators (DNO).
* Prepare Land Registry applications and property searches.
* Manage tasks after exchange and completion, including Land Registry registrations and SDLT submissions.
Desired Skills:
* Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in commercial property law, especially in the energy/utilities sector.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
