What you’ll do
* Develop a broad caseload including commercial contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, matters for private equity owned portfolio companies, and some exposure to media and reputation management work, with the aim of focusing your practice as you progress.
* Advise clients of varying sizes and complexities, working with in-house legal teams, and acting for clients in both claimant and defendant roles.
* Build strong client relationships from the outset, with plenty of opportunities to get to know clients.
* If you’re enthusiastic about business development, we will support and encourage you to engage in profile building and networking activities.

What we’re looking for
We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
* Experience working on a variety of commercial litigation matters in a similar or larger firm; you may be a Solicitor or Associate seeking the next step, aiming to work with larger and more complex clients.
* Experience working with larger companies on litigation matters, with a good understanding of potential issues, and the ability to analyze complex legal matters and provide clear, outcome-focused advice.
* A shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great results together.
