Associate Director - Private Client Tax
ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced private client tax manager to join our team as an Associate Director. The role focuses on delivering innovative tax solutions, excellent client service, and mentoring within a senior leadership context.

About the Role
Based in Salisbury, the office is a 13‑minute walk from Salisbury Train station. You will join a diverse team specialising in Landed Estates and rural businesses, representing many titled families. In this role you will both lead client relationships and drive advisory projects, supporting the growth of new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, including HNWIs, agricultural clients, entrepreneurs, partnerships and trusts.
* Own advisory projects, attend and run client meetings, and manage client projects.
* Maintain strong client relationships and support senior team members to identify new work opportunities.
* Develop junior staff by providing timely feedback and assisting with technical and personal development.
Profile
* Significant experience in tax planning and advisory projects.
* Experience within a professional services firm with a sound understanding of a variety of private client tax issues.
* People management and organisational experience.
* Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA / CTA).
