We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client’s team. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about new business and building client relationships. As part of an exciting growth period for the business the role requires someone who excels at, developing and maintaining new and existing business.
Basic Requirements:
* 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management position
* Track history of building pipeline and growing a client base
* Confident, people focused and an excellent communicator & presenter
* Proven proactive can-do attitude, values and honesty/integrity driven with a great work ethic
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Arrange, plan and execute high impact meetings with appropriate stakeholders for new and existing clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor and develop the breadth of services taken
* Be responsible for client complaints and issues, finding a solution and ensuring client satisfaction
* Proactively seek new sales opportunities in order to build a progressive pipeline capable of meeting the new business target
* Produce and deliver targeted and persuasive presentations and proposals to identified key stakeholders (including senior executives and board members) as part of pre-sales strategy
