About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Supply Chain Lead to join our growing team at Geomiq to pioneer the future of online manufacturing. This role is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and strategic thinker passionate about leveraging data to drive efficiency and innovation in supply chain operations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, travel to global hubs including Europe, India, and China, and help build and design our production processes, ensuring best practices are upheld. You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy
2. Leading the supplier growth strategy to meet buyer demand
3. Managing supplier performance through audits and data insights
4. Helping to build new hubs in India and China
5. Leading, developing, and coaching teams across demand & supply planning and logistics
6. Developing quality assurance processes
7. Using data analytics to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve forecasting
8. Implementing KPIs to assess success and identify improvements
9. Utilizing predictive analytics and market trends for decision-making
10. Fostering continuous improvement through data insights
Experience required:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field
* 5+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in person and remotely
* Proven experience using data analytics for supply chain decisions and improvements
* Proficiency in supply chain management software, data visualization, and forecasting models
* Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
* Experience working with suppliers in APAC and EMEA regions
* Experience designing and measuring complex production processes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-starter and problem solver
Desired Experience:
* Familiarity with CNC and Injection Moulding
* Experience in a digital marketplace
* Experience with AI-driven supply chain tools
* Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning for demand forecasting
