Deputy Head, A level Faculty of Culture, Languages & Economics
We're building a brand new faculty – and we're looking for a Deputy Head of Faculty ready to make their mark. You’ll help lead the delivery of 10 A Level subjects and the International Baccalaureate at an Ofsted Outstanding provider. This is your chance to shape a new team, bring bold ideas to life, and help our students achieve exceptional results.
Qualifications & Experience

* A problem solver who brings a team with them
* Experienced in A Level Humanities such as Philosophy, Literature, Languages, Classics and Business/Economics at Post 16
Responsibilities
* Work with the Head of Faculty to steer direction, maintain outstanding results and foster exceptional industry partnerships
* Quality assurance of curriculum delivery
* Support and challenge the team
* Work with the Faculty Operations Officer on teaching cover and support
* Teach and tutor – it’s vital to know what students are experiencing and feeling
