📌 Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + 15% Bonus + 28 days holiday and much more!

As a Senior Proposition Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end development of BTL and Investor propositions from concept through to launch, ensuring they align with market trends, customer needs, and the wider business strategy. So, if you’ve:
* Managed the full lifecycle of BTL or Investor propositions, from idea generation to delivery
* Used detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new or enhanced products
* Worked collaboratively with Sales, Credit Risk, Operations, IT, and Marketing to deliver customer-led solutions
* Developed and executed go-to-market strategies, shaping pricing, positioning, and communication plans
* Presented insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders, influencing product strategy and future development
And you have experience in:
* Proposition or Product Management within the BTL or Specialist Lending market
* Understanding UK mortgage trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
* Building business cases and delivering strong commercial outcomes
* Leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
