The role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager preferably with a Finance and/or Major Model Change background. The role holder will be trained in the niche types of projects we delivery in Group Capital & Treasury Management with an initial focus on Major Model Change.
The role holder will be responsible for providing support and additional bandwidth to the Senior PM and team of PMs, working alongside SMEs, Senior Management and PMO to deliver their dedicated projects that support Phoenix’s strategic objectives. You will have some experience of delivering change in using different delivery methodologies, building, and maintaining, relationships with a cross functional set of stakeholders and have focus on delivery of outcomes and benefits.
What are we looking for?
* Work with Business Sponsors, Change Director, other relevant stakeholders and the Hub Change team to scope, define and plan the deliveries required to support business objectives via a number of projects.
* Develop and deliver an appropriate project/programme plan and source appropriate resources to ensure projects are adequately resourced and able to deliver.
* Enable compliance with governance and a strong control environment for the programme / projects in line with the Phoenix Change Management Framework.
* Produce and actively maintain good quality project/programme documentation, including plans, actions, decisions, RAID logs, change requests, incidents and governance in line with the project objectives to ensure successful delivery.
* Identify and actively manage stakeholders to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
* Be able to work in a complex, ambiguous and time constrained environment managing across multiple stakeholder groups whilst balancing the needs of the business.
