Key Responsibilities
* Handle the leasing and sales of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, including development sites.
* Deliver engaging marketing campaigns to showcase client properties.

* Manage your own client portfolio, while supporting the development of new business.
* Contribute to thought leadership and PR activity to raise the agency's profile.
* Support and mentor colleagues as an integral member of the growing agency team.
Key Requirements
* Proven agency experience in acquisitions and disposals across a range of property sectors.
* Strong network and local market knowledge across Berkshire and Surrey.
* Confident in business development, client relationship management, and networking.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Familiarity with using social media and digital tools in a business context.
