A well‑established Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Supervisor to support the delivery of water infrastructure projects across Denbighshire and Conwy area This is a permanent opportunity offering long‑term, local work on essential water and wastewater schemes, with an immediate start available.Key Responsibilities
1. Day‑to‑day management of site operations across civils and water works
2. Supervising subcontractors, direct labour, plant, and materials
3. Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards
4. Implementing RAMS and maintaining strong health, safety and environmentalpliance
5. Liaising with project management,mercial teams and engineers
6. Maintaining accurate site records, diaries and progress reporting
7. Coordinating works to minimise disruption and ensure smooth delivery
8. Acting as the main on‑site point of contact
Required Experience & Qualifications
9. Proven experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor within Civils / Water / Utilities
10. Strong understanding of Clean and/or Wastewater Infrastructure works
11. SMSTS (or SSSTS for Supervisor‑level profiles)
12. CSCS card
13. First Aid at Work
14. Confident managing site teams and supply chain
15. Full UK driving licence
16. Ability to work across multiple local sites in North Wales
