Barista and Office Assistant (Part Time) Location: Waterloo Hours: 30 hours per week, typically 8:15am – 3:15pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £27,000 pro rata (actual salary £22,500) Looking for a varied role where great customer service, hospitality, and office support all come together? We’re looking for someone personable and hands-on to join our team at InfoTrack on a part-time (30 hours) basis. In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both our people and our workplace: making great coffee, welcoming guests, and helping ensure our Waterloo office runs seamlessly day to day. What you’ll be doing Barista responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality hot drinks for staff and visitors Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised kitchen/serving area Manage stock levels of coffee, milk, and related supplies Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere around the kitchen space Office Assistant responsibilities: Welcome guests, clients, and new starters, creating a great first impression Order and manage office and kitchen supplies Organise and distribute staff birthday and anniversary gifts Support the smooth running of internal events, celebrations, and social activities Keep the office tidy, organised, and welcoming Handle post, couriers, and deliveries Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Provide support to the Executive Assistant and wider team, including meeting room setup and onboarding What we’re looking for Essential: Barista experience A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine focus on people Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment Confident communication skills Comfortable using basic IT tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets) Desirable (but not essential): Experience in hospitality, customer service, or office support Experience managing suppliers or office supplies Salary and Hours This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 8:15am – 3:15pm), offering a salary of £27,000 pro rata (equivalent to £22,500).
