This role is key to ensuring the efficient and accurate management of livestock administration, including payment processing, reporting, and communication between producers, buyers, and factory teams. Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and mentor the livestock administration team while overseeing the accurate and timely processing of livestock payments. You will manage livestock systems in collaboration with IT, act as the central contact point for farmers, buyers, and factory queries, and ensure accurate reporting and analysis of livestock data. You will work closely with finance to maintain account accuracy and meet deadlines, support forecasting to aid operational planning, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows. The Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be a motivated leader with strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills. A background in agriculture, livestock operations, or the agricultural supply chain would be highly beneficial. You will have proven team management experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail are essential for this role.
