Panama 3s and 2s rotation (12 hour shifts)
Overview
This is a great opportunity for a maintenance engineer looking to work a rotational 12‑hour shift with extended time off between each rotation. You will join an experienced and supportive team that has a strong track record. As a key team player, you will ensure the factory runs at speed and production levels are maintained.
Responsibilities
* Proactive maintenance and site PMs
* Reactive maintenance and quick response to breakdowns
* Work across electrical and mechanical faults and maintenance
* Engage in engineering projects (e.g., commissioning, installations, relocations)
* Identify and implement improvements covering both processes and machine output
* Adhere to site health & safety rules and legislation
Requirements
* Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject
* Experience in a multi‑skilled role across mechanical and electrical engineering
* Ability and experience of working to a fast pace, confidently in a manufacturing environment
