We are looking for a Plant Assistant to work on HS2 Main Works. As a Plant Assistant you will be responsible for the Area East plant book and all necessary tasks required to successfully manage all on-site plant. This role will report into the Plant Manager.

Role Responsibility
* Reconciling the plant book to E1 weekly
* Updating forecast off hire dates
* Updating on hire/ off hire dates
* Summarising spends per asset for commercial review
* Liaising with the Assistant Accountant for Area East with accruals and invoice queries
* Other adhoc requests from the Plant Manager
The Ideal Candidate
Required
* Experience in dealing with various stakeholders within the business
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience of managing large data sets
* Familiarity with Enterprise One (Oracle)

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
