Software Implementation Project Manager - Maidenhead
We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to manage the delivery of enterprise software solutions. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, configure and implement the software, and ensure a smooth project experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead software implementation projects using structured project management practices
* Estimate project scope and timelines for small to medium engagements
* Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
* Configure and test software modules to meet client requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional issues during implementations
* Collaborate with client and third-party IT teams on data integrations (e.g., API, file transfers)
* Gain a solid understanding of the software’s architecture and infrastructure
* Share project updates and risks with internal stakeholders
* Mentor new team members and provide basic client training
Requirements:
* Experience managing software implementation projects independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic SQL knowledge
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
* Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams
* Willingness to travel from time to time
