Multi Trader
Location: Essex - Benfleet, Wickford, Basildon, Southend
Salary: £36,000 per annum plus call out, £23 per hour plus overtime (can be paid CIS)
Benefits: Van and fuel card supplied, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, optional contributory pension scheme
Requirements:
* Experience in residential properties
* Good social skills and customer service
* Asbestos awareness certificate
* DBS check
* Driver's license
* References
Work includes a variety of tasks such as:
* Hanging doors
* Carpentry and kitchen fitting
* Plumbing and bathroom fitting
* Plastering
* Painting
* Tiling
Additional information:
* Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Call out duty: £25 per hour door to door, 1 in 4 (more frequent if desired)
