Salary – National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £28,800 to £43,100 and London £31,600 to £47,400 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

This role sits within our Organisational Capability team, which works with ExCo and leadership teams to develop capabilities to meet evolving needs and deliver priorities. We also partner with the business to identify and deliver training and professional development, using tools like employee surveys to inform our effectiveness and priorities.
This role plays a key part in enabling learning at the FCA. You’ll provide high-quality logistical support and coordination for FCA Academy training events, both virtual and in-person. This includes scheduling training, coordinating with suppliers and trainers, organising resources, and ensuring smooth delivery of sessions. The role combines coordination, technical systems, and customer service. You’ll be supported to develop your expertise and encouraged to contribute ideas for improving our work processes.
What will you be doing?
1. Planning and coordinating training logistics, including scheduling, resource preparation, and setup of training sessions.
2. Managing and responding to enquiries received via the training mailbox, supporting stakeholders, colleagues, and external providers.
3. Overseeing course and delegate waitlists, handling cancellations according to service levels and utilization targets.
4. Acting as the key contact for the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting testing, resolving issues, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements.

Minimum
* Proven experience in a training coordination role in a customer-focused or service environment.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proven ability to plan and coordinate activities or events effectively.
* Confident in using IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
