Our client is a prestigious and well-respected property organisation who are going through a period of substantial growth. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team at their Busy office South Liverpool.

This role will involve managing their residential lettings portfolio, you will be responsible for managing approx. 130 units, ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio and providing an exceptional level of service to all landlords and tenants. Working alongside a dynamic team of lettings professionals, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* First point of contact for all landlord and tenant enquiries
* Preparing tenancy paperwork
* End of tenancy, deposit release
* Arranging maintenance with contractors
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships to a high standard
* Rent renewals.
* Managing rental arrears
* Assessing contractor work
* Negotiating and revising costs
* Ensuring full legislative compliance
* Carrying out inspections
* Providing an exceptional level of service
This is a busy and challenging role, and property management experience, along with legislative knowledge is essential. You must have excellent organisational skills, have strong relationship management skills and be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!
Our client is offering a basic of £25,000 - £28,000 plus bonuses and profit share.
