As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in the surgical and respiratory units.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with NHS standards.(Reed, hg-ahp.com)
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Current and valid HCPC registration.
Proven experience in occupational therapy within surgical and/or respiratory settings.
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
