About The Role
We are looking for a Buyer, based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The position is full-time, working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30.
Main responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the buying team to maintain stock levels to deliver to customers OTIF, minimizing overstocks.
2. Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers.
3. Learn all areas of products to assist with product queries.
4. Support day-to-day projects and resolve issues as they arise.
5. Maximize stock availability by buying the correct quantities based on forecasts.
6. Liaise with other departments to maintain momentum on key development projects.
7. Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
8. Maintain supplier KPIs.
