Job Description & Summary
The Brand & Creative CoE sets the strategy and creative direction and leads brand governance across the PwC network of firms to drive relevance, distinctiveness and authenticity in the market. The Global Brand Marketing and Customer Engagement Director will be a driver of how the brand comes to life across client and employee experience and across campaigns, and be responsible for leading global brand measurement and media strategy.
* Taking brands to market and influencing the marketing strategy across the business;
* Ensuring cohesive brand alignment in all deliverables by working closely with integrated marketing partners to execute and optimize impact on key client segments, and across themes of importance to PwC and its clients;
* Planning and leading global campaigns across multiple channels;
* Overseeing and helping shape the client experience, ensuring CX principles to deliver the intended impact of the brand strategy across all stages of the buyer journey;
* Leading global brand health measurement approach, including measuring how brand building is driving demonstrable business results and measuring and monitoring competitive data to determine overall impact of programs to generate ideas and needs for brand moving forward;
* Creating a brand marketing measurement strategy so that the brand media investment can scale with success and better invest behind the most effective vehicles;
* Leading paid media planning for the Global Marketing Organization implementing paid, owned and earned media strategies for global brand campaigns while creating cross-market synergies and shared value in the function of paid media;
* Working to identify new ways to reach and connect with clients and provide thought leadership across the Global Marketing Organization and local marketing leaders for how to elevate client experience with the brand;
* Partnering with Brand Identity and Brand Strategy leads to develop a roadmap for continued brand evolution and maintenance to ensure brand assets available to marketing teams across the globe unify and improve brand perception over time;
* Contributing to Brand Identity and Brand Strategy team priorities delivering cross-channel expertise identify new ways to reach and connect with clients;
* Developing and standardizing the annual brand marketing planning process that compliments the Global Marketing Organization’s overall annual planning process;
* Mentoring and leading a team of brand marketing professionals, collaborating across the organization to help drive a culture of mentorship across the extended team in a manner that is inclusive, inspiring, and consistent with PwC values and purpose; and,
* Working directly with senior leaders to build Brand into their strategies and supporting them through change.
