* Identify partnership opportunities

* Understand market pricing, including competitors' pricing
* Help maintain and enhance OES and DSL’s image in the marketplace
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3-4 years of industry-related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven success in developing and executing strategies
* Focused, proactive, and results-oriented
* Strong technical background in a related industry
