1st Line Service Desk - Wakefield (On-site) | £12.60/hr | Temp Contract
Role Details
Start Date: ASAP
6 month rolling contract
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri Shifts covering between 7am and 7pm
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join the team in Wakefield. This is a first-line support role providing technical assistance across multiple accounts. You’ll be the first point of contact for users via telephone and email, aiming to resolve issues at first contact or escalate to the appropriate Manager when necessary.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-line IT support via phone and email
* Deliver first-time fixes where possible
* Accurately log and manage incidents and service requests
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
