The Role
Are you a digital platform professional (Platform Manager / Product Manager) ready to make an impact in FMCG?
Were partnering with a market leader in the tobacco sector, seeking a Trade Platform Manager to take ownership of their B2R (Business-to-Retailer) engagement platform. This role is about more than managing a system its about shaping the future of retailer loyalty, driving sales campaigns, and enhancing engagement at scale .
What youll be doing
Owning and developing a B2R engagement platform, ensuring it delivers seamless UX and strong retailer adoption.
Partnering with IT, BTS, and external agencies to prioritise and deliver frontend/backend development projects.
Working with Sales & Marketing to align campaigns with brand and business objectives.
Building and executing a campaign calendar, analysing performance, and implementing improvements.
Managing multiple agency relationships to deliver end-to-end excellence, from technical enhancements to campaign execution .
What were looking for
35 years FMCG experience managing digital platforms (CRM, Loyalty, Engagement, or eCommerce).
Strong project and stakeholder management capability across Marketing, Sales, and IT.
A commercial mindset, able to apply marketing and engagement strategies effectively.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills .
Proactive, hands-on, and confident in managing complex development roadmaps.

Salary: £52,000 £59,000 DOE
