About The Job
Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Production Lead will oversee all content production at Omaze, ensuring high-quality creative output across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, leads internal operations, and drives efficiency and excellence in production processes.
The Production Lead will develop and refine Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are outsourced or produced in-house. This may include building an in-house studio for original content on platforms like YouTube, expanding storytelling beyond campaigns, and fostering long-term engagement with our brand and mission.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on production leader with a creative mindset and experience in building scalable content systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all production aspects of Omaze’s marketing content, including TV commercials, ambassador campaigns, charity and winner films, digital assets, and PR support.
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient, high-quality delivery.
* Oversee relationships with external production partners and vendors, ensuring creative excellence and cost efficiency.
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager.
* Handle production challenges as the senior escalation point, ensuring quick resolution and team alignment.
* Define long-term production strategies, balancing outsourcing and in-house development.
* Improve existing processes and introduce new systems or tools to increase efficiency.
* Promote a high-performance culture, maintaining quality and speed at scale.
* Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to align production with marketing goals.
* Plan and develop a future in-house studio for original, brand-led content, especially for YouTube.
* Work with cross-functional teams to create content that extends beyond campaigns, such as behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, and charity features.
* Test scalable, low-lift content formats to build long-term engagement.
* Identify opportunities where in-house capabilities can enhance storytelling and brand visibility.
About You
* 10+ years of senior production experience in creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media.
* Strong track record managing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, and social platforms.
* Experience managing large budgets, agency relationships, and tight timelines.
* Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal teams.
* Skilled in balancing outsourced and in-house production investments.
* Highly organized, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
* Effective leader with experience influencing senior teams and cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive content, such as charities or fundraising, is a plus.
