Responsibilities
* Manage a production team of approximately 30 staff.
* Oversee all aspects of the flexo label printing process.
* Ensure production targets, quality and safety standards are met.
* Coordinate machine operations and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in flexo label printing.
* Prior management experience leading teams of similar size.
* Knowledge of label processes, including flexo food labels.
* Ability to manage multiple machines and optimize throughput.
