We are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive to join our growing team in Reading. With a client base covering the Thames Valley and London, the role will be responsible for the requirements of a number of OMB ’ s and larger businesses looking to buy/sell companies as part of their corporate strategy.
Key duties include:
1. Assisting with preparation of all key financial analysis for potential acquirers & investors (historic and forecast information)
2. Managing data requests, collation and interpretation
3. Purchaser researcher on sell side assignments
4. Assist with the collation and presentation of financial information at the due diligence stage
5. Project management of transactions
6. Supporting the team with in-depth commercial investigation into client businesses (market sentiment, industry specifics and competitor positioning).
To be considered for the position you should be degree-educated, ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Corporate Finance. You should be able to demonstrate a basic awareness of how corporate deals are structured, the processes involved and be comfortable dealing with business owners and internal CF specialists.
