Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? GSL Education Ltd is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Sleaford.
About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
* Promote inclusion and create a safe, positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting.
* Be patient, caring, and able to build strong relationships with pupils.
* Hold a valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
* Be available for term-time, full-time work.
