The Role: As the successful Accountant you will report directly to the Partner and will be responsible for the following: Deliver high-quality accounts preparation, including both statutory and management accounts, for a broad portfolio of clients. Provide advisory support on accounting, reporting, and business performance matters. Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant legislation. Oversee tax planning and projections, offering proactive guidance to clients. Mentor junior team members, providing training, direction, and constructive feedback. Collaborate closely with Partners, providing updates, insights, and support on client work and practice development. The Person: The successful Accountant will meet the following criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent; Practice Experience is preference; Strong Accounts prep experience; Strong communication experience; Strong IT skills.
