* Training and Qualifications: Our training centre offers qualifications in BSL and CPD for British Sign Language interpreters.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to provide strong administrative support for our InterpretersLive! on-demand video interpreting service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Full time role, working from home Monday and Friday, and office-based in Redditch, Worcestershire, Thursday - Wednesday, 8.30am-5pm.
* Provide full operational support for our InterpretersLive! service and client implementation for sales team.
* Customer and Interpreter support.
* Technical support for clients.
* Onboard and maintain language service professional supply chain.
* Reporting of management information data.
* Manage, arrange, and coordinate training requests.

Qualifications: Essential skills/qualifications/experience include:

* British Sign Language skills are preferred but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Good knowledge of IT and windows-based applications.
* Proactive.
* Demonstrates leadership and management skills.
