Brief Description
Tricel is on the lookout for a dynamic HR Advisor to champion people-focused support for line managers across the business. Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
* Recruitment at all levels of the organisation to ensure that we attract high calibre candidates.
* Support the employee life cycle in such areas as: onboarding, induction, stay interviews, career pathway support and offboarding etc.
* Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs that make us an employer of choice.
* Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
* Take an active part in HR processes including attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings as appropriate, advising management in line with Company best practice.
* Support the delivery of HR metrics.
* Ensure that all HR related documentation is up to date and saved correctly to our HR system.
* Leading and supporting on projects to support the development of Group initiatives.
* Utilise and maintain our HR Software system, UKG.
* Any other duties to support the needs of the business.
Candidate Profile
* CIPD level qualification 3 or a level 5 qualification in a related discipline is required.
* A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
* A proven track record with experience of working in a progressive HR environment.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, balancing day-to-day prioritisation with long-term objectives.
* Attention to detail.
* Experience of reporting.
* Willingness to travel to site locations across the Group.
