Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Negotiator for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dumbarton. The Sales Negotiator will handle property sales and lettings, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and liaising with buyers, sellers, and landlords. Additional responsibilities include developing excellent client relationships, providing professional property advice, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and letting process.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agents and Lettings is essential.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
* Proven ability in Sales, including negotiation, meeting targets, and closing deals
* Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
* Familiarity with the local estate agency market is an advantage
* Proficiency with relevant software and technology tools
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is beneficial
