Overview
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. With minimal supervision, help ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Group and regulatory requirements
2. Providing support to the Head of Retail Reserving with reporting and communication of the results
3. Providing support to the business functions, including Portfolio Management, Pricing and Claims
4. Supporting and advising Finance, Portfolio Management, and other functions on reserving and strategic business decisions
Qualifications required:
5. Qualified actuary
Experience required:
6. 7+ year experience in P&C Actuarial
7. SQL and/or other coding experience would be desirable, as well as familiarity with ResQ and PowerBI
8. Experience in IFRS17 is desirable
9. A high level of numeracy skills and an analytical approach to work is essential
10. Excellent team-working, communication and interpersonal skills are also required
