The Pilot Careers Live team is looking for a part-time Event Operations Coordinator to help plan and deliver our busy and growing calendar of aviation careers events across the UK and Europe.
It’s a flexible, home-based role, ideally suited to someone based in the south west. The role would suit someone with experience in events, logistics, or executive support — someone who’s super-organised, IT-savvy, and enjoys making complex projects run smoothly.
You’ll handle venue and supplier bookings, manage event logistics, and be part of the team that delivers the Professional Flight Training Awards and Pilot Careers Live shows.
Ideal for someone who wants a varied, project-based role with real-world impact.
