We are currently recruiting an experienced Engineering Technician to join an onsite production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid assembly line experience who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical and/or electrical components in line with engineering specifications, testing completed assemblies, and troubleshooting any faults to ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble parts and components in accordance with technical and engineering drawings.
* Test completed assemblies to ensure correct operation.
* Inspect finished products and identify defects or faults.
* Investigate, diagnose, and repair assembly issues as required.
* Replace defective or faulty components.
* Carry out basic maintenance on machinery and equipment.
* Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed.
* Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
Skills & Experience Required
1. 4-7 years' experience working in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
2. Proven assembly line experience (essential).
3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
