16.25 hours at Grade 5 - £ £15.31 per hour
Total Hours: 31.25 hours per week
Working Hours: 12pm – 6:15pm Monday to Friday
Contract type: Term Time Only working 38 weeks per year

The Governors of St Ambrose Barlow Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an efficient, enthusiastic and approachable Level 3 Teaching Assistant and After School Club Manager, who is reliable, self-motivated, and supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school.
The successful candidate must be an excellent Teaching Assistant with the ability to inspire and support high quality learning for all pupils. During the lunchtime period, the candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a child with SEND. After this, the candidate will provide classroom support across both KS1 and KS2 classrooms where required. At 3pm, the candidate will move across to our After School Club as the After School Club Manager where they will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running our new After School Club provision. The After School Club Manager will manage the day-to-day running of the extended provision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils in their care. This will involve leading a team of staff, preparing engaging activities, providing food and supervising the children in attendance at the club.
Teaching Assistant Level 3

* Experienced in working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or willing to train in this area
After School Club Manager
The successful candidate will:
* Build good relationships with pupils, parents, staff and Governors
* Lead a team of staff
* Ensure all pupils and staff follow relevant policies and procedures.
* Be willing to take on any training relevant to the role
* Secure the site at the end of the day
