Job Summary
Step into the role of Operations Director at Cool Motion and lead the charge in managing our daily vehicle rental operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Lead the operations team, including managers, fleet / logistics coordinators, and customer service team, to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
* Fleet Management: Oversee fleet maintenance and optimisation, ensuring all vehicles are up to regulatory standards and customer expectations.
* Budget Management: Craft and manage operational budgets, using resources wisely while maintaining quality service.
* Process Improvement: Spot and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, tackling any operational issues swiftly and professionally.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations meet industry regulations and safety standards, with regular audits and risk assessments.
* Strategic Planning: Play a key role in setting and achieving the company's strategic goals, focusing on market expansion and service improvement.
