Location: Nottingham or London We are recruiting for a DEI Manager to be responsible for our end-to-end Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda for the UKI business. This is a key role in which you will be partnering with multiple stakeholder groups including HR COE's, HR Business Partners, our Global DEI team, business leaders, external partners and Employee Resource Groups to drive and deliver on our ambitious DEI goals. Using your developed relationship and influencing skills, you will ensure that the right organisational levers are used to ensure fairness and equity exists in all our people processes This role is focused on ensuring we attract, develop, retain and support diverse talent via the development of programs, interventions and solutions to enable a level playing field, and driving demographic representation. The role is varied and is both engagement focused with an emphasis on events, learning, community and collaboration as well as program, policy and data oriented. You be adept at interpreting and garnering insights from tools and systems to ensure our business, HR and employee stakeholders are adequately equipped to deliver on their own DEI objectives. Qualifications Experience of having accountability for DEI within an organisation. Highly developed people planning, programme and project management skills, gained in HR, ideally in a DEI context. Has an understanding and passion for DEI and has experience in supporting, enabling or partnering on initiatives that drive for organisational equity. Excellent stakeholder management with the emphasis on delivery through others - communicates challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders across the organisation effectively. Data savvy and able to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations. Has a learning mindset and looks outside to seek external industry best practice, identifying opportunities, translating these into actionable solutions to challenge our current ways of working. Is familiar with policy making, ownership and the management of compliant, standardised tools and practices in a regulated industry.
