What We're Looking For: To be considered for this role, you should: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Have a solid understanding of the Secondary Framework and experience teaching within Nursery or Reception. Be skilled at creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Be confident in observing, assessing, and planning for individual development.. Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills. Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic..
