Role Details
* Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
* Salary: £65,000 to £75,000
* Location: Cheltenham – hybrid
The Role
* Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work and development matters
* Working closely with existing clients while also contributing to business development
Joining a supportive, collaborative team with a strong local reputation.
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
* Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
* Commercially minded, with strong client‑care and business development skills.
