Job Title: Chef de Partie

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food for a range of services including:
Private functions and club events
Discretionary dining in our restaurant

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to specification
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu preparation
Maintain excellent hygiene, health and safety standards
Contribute to the smooth running of all food services
Take initiative and show creativity in your section
Requirements:
Proven experience in a professional kitchen at CDP level
A passion for fresh, seasonal, and well-presented food
Ability to work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit team
Flexible, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure
Relevant culinary qualifications
