Job overview Interim Transformation Clinical Director (Devon) NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking an outstanding Interim Transformational Clinical Director to provide senior clinical leadership across Devon’s NHS system during a critical turnaround period. The postholder will support the delivery of Devon’s recovery programme for 2026/27 and help shape an affordable and sustainable three-year service offer. Reporting directly to the Director of Transformation you will be working closely with PwC, ICB leaders and Trust clinical executives, this role will provide visible clinical leadership and act as a conduit to embed transformation after the consultancy programme concludes. Hybrid working – Exeter or Bodmin base (travel across Devon required).
