Job Summary

The postholder will support the delivery of high-quality resident engagement across social and supported housing. They will audit tenant-related documents, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and work with Managing Agents and stakeholders to provide consistent support for residents. The role involves managing resident enquiries and complaints, contributing to policy development, and promoting effective communication through various channels. Working closely with the Resident Engagement Manager, the postholder will help train staff and stakeholders, ensuring best practice and safe, resident-focused housing services nationwide.

Duties

* Auditing support notes, risk assessments and tenant related documents.
* Work with Managing Agents to ensure a consistent level of support is provided to residents.
* Contribute to the development and implementing of policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and resident expectations.
* Liaise with key stakeholders regarding any resident enquiries and social housing engagement.
* Manage social media platforms to disseminate health information and engage with the public effectively.
* Ensure resident complaints and requests for information are dealt with effectively within set timelines and resolved at the earliest point of contact.
* Assist Resident Engagement Manager with educating and training staff and stakeholders on best practices and efficient support delivery.

Experience

* Experience of working within social housing or supported housing.
* Possess good knowledge of regulatory requirements and consumer standards.
* Demonstratable experience of working closely with third parties to achieve shared goals.
* Experience of Resident Engagement / Customer Experience
* Ability to proactively identify concerns and implement resolutions.
* Knowledge of complaints policies and procedures and experience of actively promoting and enforcing these.
* Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines in an unpredictable environment.
* Ability to consistently achieve targets and deliver a safe environment of homes for residents.
* Possess a full UK driving license and be able to travel nationwide to all service providers.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and be able to tailor communication style accordingly.
* Ability to display resilience and integrity when dealing with difficult situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
