Meet agreed milestones and deliverables on time, on cost and on quality. You will be leading the design & analyses activities to develop, qualify and support deign throughout its life cycle for your team.
You will be required to demonstrate experience and proven results in a range of engineering activities. Project management, communication and decision making skills are essential to this role, as is your general understanding of finance. Proven experience of coaching and developing others would be an advantage.

A successful Assistant Design Engineering Leader should have:
